After receiving your e-mail, I will ask for a 30% deposit for the commissioned outfits (not yet including shipping cost). A 30% deposit for the commissioned outfits (not including shipping) is received upfront by PayPal (cc/non-cc, no fees). I also have very positive experiences with layaway, so if you would like to do layaway, please feel free to discuss! ^_^

Because all of our items are carefully handcrafted, we thank you in advance for understanding that outfits that are not in stock will take approximately 2 weeks to a month to prepare. >//< However, we always try our best to ship the items to you as soon as possible! ^_^

You'll be notified by e-mail after we finished preparing your order, and will ask for the remaining 70% and shipping costs then.

All items that we've finished preparing will be shipped on the earliest business day after full payment is received.

We ship worldwide by 2 methods:
- EMS: ETA is approximately 3-7 days (although depending on the customs in some countries it may take more) depending on your location. It is insured and traceable by internet. Usually, EMS costs approximately $20-30 more than Registered Airmail, but it gets less expensive with heavier parcels.
- Registered Airmail: ETA for registered airmail can sometimes take up to 3 weeks depending on your location. (For example, the ETA to the US by registered airmail has consistently been 11-12 days). It is insured offers delivery confirmation in some countries, and has been very reliable.

>> [For USA Customers]: USPS handles Registered Airmail as "Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation" which means that tracking information will only appear after it has been delivered. Packages will require a signature and the Registered Number will be entered into USPS Track and Confirm system showing delivery or attempted delivery.

We can make clothes to fit your doll's size (that is not listed on the list that is given) based on the measurements you've given to our request form. ^^ However, there is an additional charge for custom size starting from $4 per outfit depending on its complexity, as we need to create a new pattern for your doll. (Please note that custom sized outfits are available onlyfor outfits with 'Custom' in the size list.)
